We strongly suggest you be sure of your selections as we do not accept returns that did not meet your expectations. We will only replace items that are found to be defective/faulty. Final and Clearance Items are FINAL SALE. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and exchanges:
1. Eligibility: In Store or Online
Only unopened and unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return or exchange. Due to the intimate nature of our products, items such as lingerie, intimate apparel, and personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
In the case of Lingerie/underwear exchange must me unworn, and in their original state and packaging. They must include all tags and be without any trace of deodorant, hair, makeup, or scent. If shipped the wrong size or does not fit, we will exchange it for another size of the same item (if possible), if not available an alternate option of equal value will be offered/provided.
2. Timeframe:
Online: Customers must initiate a return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns requested outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team either in the store or by phone at 250-638-5832. Online Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges will be processed for an item of equal value, subject to availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of our products, certain items such as intimate apparel, and personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. By making a purchase from The Bone and Blossom Intimate Boutique customers agree to the terms of our return policy.
