Originally from Toronto I have lived in Northern British Columbia for 20 years. I understand the importance of acknowledging the promotion of the idea that individuals have the right to explore and understand their own bodies and desires, that sexual self care is vital to your overall well-being. The goal is to normalize attitudes and discussions around sexual health and pleasure by significantly reducing the stigma around sexual self/relationship care. My goal is to empower individuals and couples to prioritize their sexual health and well-being in a safe and inclusive way.
