Bone and Blossom – Return & Exchange Policy

For health and safety reasons, Bone and Blossom does not accept exchanges or returns on any products. All sales are final. Even if the product is still sealed in its original packaging and has never been opened, we are unable to accept it back. Because we cannot accept returns of any kind, we strongly encourage you to research before purchasing. Our website offers free educational blogs, including how-to guides and sex toy recommendations, to help you make an informed decision. Damaged or Defective Products

While we cannot process returns, if your purchase arrives damaged or defective, we will provide an exchange for the exact same product for up to 365 days from the delivery date. If the product is no longer in stock, we will issue store credit for the amount paid. Exchanges are only possible if the product is defective upon arrival. Not liking the product is not considered a valid reason for an exchange. When contacting us, please provide a clear description of the issue, your order number, and a photo or video showing the defect. Once we review the issue and approve the exchange, we will send you instructions on how to return the product. In rare cases, we may ask you to dispose of the defective item instead. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If we find evidence that the item has been tampered with, previously used, or swapped for a different item, we reserve the right to refuse a replacement. If the exchange is approved, we will send you the exact same product. You cannot request a different color, size, or item. If the product is discontinued or unavailable, store credit will be issued instead. Refunds are never provided under any circumstances. Do not send any items back before we provide return instructions.

If Your Product Stops Working

If your product stops functioning within 365 days of receipt and you have not done anything unusual to cause the issue, contact theboneandblossom@gmail.com to request an exchange for the same item. Include all accessories and packaging when returning the product. If the product is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the full price paid. If the product stops working after 365 days, you may be eligible for a repair or replacement through the manufacturer.

Color and Size Differences

Due to differences in screens, colors may appear slightly different than expected. While we do our best to display accurate colors, Bone and Blossom is not responsible for these variations. Similarly, minor differences in sizing may occur due to manufacturer production. If you believe the size or color is significantly off, contact us and we’ll reach out to the manufacturer. However, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Wrong Product

If you believe you received the wrong product, do not open the packaging. Take a photo of the product and email us at theboneandblossom@gmail.com along with your order number.
