How to use TENGA 3D Zen

1. Charge fully — not applicable; this is a manual-use product.
2. Apply water-based lubricant (Tenga Hole Lotion recommended) generously to both the interior and entrance.
3. Power on by inverting the sleeve — turn it inside out to expose the stimulating textures.
4. Position or insert according to comfort; move at your preferred pace and pattern.
5. Customize settings — adjust stroke depth, grip tightness, and angles for different sensations.

Cleaning: Invert and rinse with warm water, using mild soap or toy cleaner.
