How to use LELO SILAwave™
- Charge fully before first use using the included charger.
- Apply water-based lubricant to both the toy and your body.
- Power on by holding the button for 3 seconds (or as instructed).

- Customize settings via the app or manual controls to adjust vibration, intensity, or heating.
Cleaning: Wash with warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner.
Drying: Pat dry with a lint-free cloth and allow to air dry fully.

We ship all online orders directly from our warehouse, which allows us to serve customers quickly across Canada. However, please note that not all items listed on our website are available in our physical store. If you’re planning to shop in person and want something specific, we recommend calling ahead to check stock.
We ship all orders in plain, unbranded cardboard boxes with absolutely no reference to sex, pleasure, or sex toys anywhere on the packaging. Your privacy and discretion are extremely important to us, and we go out of our way to ensure every delivery is as discreet and secure as possible.
