We ship all online orders directly from our warehouse, which allows us to serve customers quickly across Canada. However, please note that not all items listed on our website are available in our physical store. We ship all orders in plain, unbranded cardboard boxes with absolutely no reference to sex, pleasure, or sex toys anywhere on the packaging. Your privacy and discretion are extremely important to us, and we go out of our way to ensure every delivery is as discreet and secure as possible.
